Essential Monthly Bookkeeping — Starting at $275–$400/month

For solo providers and very small operations with simple activity.

Includes:

• Up to 100 transactions/month
• Reconcile 1–2 bank/credit card accounts
• Categorize income & expenses
• Monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet)
• Email support
• Quarterly review call (30 min)
• Year end reports for CPA

Standard Monthly Bookkeeping — Starting at $450–$650/month

For growing service businesses with more activity. 

Includes everything in Essential, plus:

• Up to 250 transactions/month
• Reconcile up to 4 accounts
• Basic A/R invoicing support
• A/P organization and bill tracking
• Receipt management setup & support
• Monthly financial review meeting (45 min)
• Basic cash‑flow tracking

Premium Monthly Bookkeeping — Starting at $750–$1,200+/month

For established service businesses that want more hands‑on support.

Includes everything in Standard, plus:

• Up to 500 transactions/month
• Reconcile up to 6 accounts
• Full A/R and A/P support
• Customized reports (if available)
• Sales tax tracking & filing
• Monthly strategy meeting (60 min)

Add‑On Services

·         Bookkeeping Software setup (one‑time): $350–$650

• Clean-up /catch‑up work:
  • 1-3 months behind → $300–$800
  • 4-6 months behind → $800–$1,500
  • 6-12+ months behind → $1,500–$3,000+
• Specialized reports requested by CPA: varies
• 1099 preparation: $25 per contractor
• Additional reconciliation accounts: $25/account/month
• Additional transactions: $25 per extra 100 transactions
• Consulting & QBO/bookkeeping training: $150/hour (in person or online)
• Travel to a business location more than 50 miles – varies based on distance and time

Service Terms: 

• Month-to-month service with 30-day written cancellation notice.
• Invoices are issued monthly in advance
• Terms are Net 15 days. Late fees may apply as outlined in the service agreement.
